Cookie Policy
Last updated: 30 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Vielle Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 30 692 339 781) trading as Seize the Yes ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at seizetheyes.com (the "Site") and our connected services (the "Services").
This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make sites work, work more efficiently, and provide information to site operators.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, web beacons (tracking pixels), and SDKs when needed to make the Services work or to measure how our marketing pages perform. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this Policy.
2. Cookies We Use
We group cookies into strictly necessary and analytics & marketing. The analytics & marketing tools below are configured per deployment; not every tool will be active in every region or at every point in time. Where required by law we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set (see Section 5).
2.1 Strictly necessary
| Purpose | Set by | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session | Supabase (our auth provider) | Keeps you signed in while you use the dashboard. |
| Session preferences | Seize the Yes | Remembers UI state (e.g. expanded sidebar sections) between visits within the dashboard. |
| Cookie banner state | Seize the Yes | Remembers whether you've already responded to our cookie banner so we don't keep asking. |
You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies — the Services would not function without them.
2.2 Analytics & marketing
We may use any of the following analytics and marketing tools on our public marketing pages (homepage, /about, /how-it-works, /podcast, /yes-score, /plans, /privacy, /terms, /cookies, /login, /signup). We do not run these tools inside the signed-in dashboards used by Seizers, Yessers, or admins (/dashboard, /onboarding may be tracked by PostHog only, in line with the configuration described below).
| Tool | What it does | Cookies / IDs it may set |
|---|---|---|
| PostHog (product analytics + session replay) | Measures page views, clicks, form submissions, and may record session replays of marketing-page sessions. Form inputs are masked. | First-party cookies on our domain (__ph_*) and short-lived local storage. |
| Google Analytics 4 (GA4) | Aggregate site usage analytics — visits, pages, traffic sources. | _ga, _ga_* cookies. |
| Google Ads conversion tracking | Measures whether ad clicks resulted in sign-ups or bookings. | _gcl_au, _gcl_aw cookies. |
| Meta (Facebook) Pixel | Measures conversions and powers Meta retargeting audiences. | _fbp cookie. |
| Reddit Pixel | Measures conversions from Reddit ad campaigns. | _rdt_uuid cookie. |
| TikTok Pixel | Measures conversions from TikTok ad campaigns. | _ttp cookie. |
| Pinterest Tag | Measures conversions from Pinterest ad campaigns. | _pinterest_* cookies. |
| LinkedIn Insight Tag | Measures conversions from LinkedIn campaigns. | bcookie, li_gc, lidc, UserMatchHistory cookies. |
Each of these tools is enabled by a separate configuration value, and any subset may be inactive in your session at the time you visit — for example, if we have not configured a particular advertising channel for the region you are visiting from. The list above describes what we may use, not what is necessarily active at the moment you load the page.
2.3 Third-party services you choose to interact with
If you book a call via our scheduling link (Cal.com), follow one of our social-media links (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, Substack), or contact us through any embedded form, those third parties may set their own cookies under their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control those cookies.
3. Legal Basis
Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies:
- the legal basis for strictly necessary cookies is the legitimate interest of operating and securing the Services and complying with our contractual obligations to you; and
- the legal basis for analytics & marketing cookies is your consent, given via the cookie banner the first time you visit our marketing pages. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 5).
Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, we handle any personal information collected via cookies in line with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
4. How Long Cookies Last
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies stay on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. Our sign-in session is persistent so you don't have to re-enter credentials every visit.
The exact expiry of each cookie depends on the issuing provider's defaults (e.g. Supabase's session token defaults, GA4's _ga cookie default of two years, Meta Pixel's _fbp default of 90 days).
5. Managing & Withdrawing Consent
You can control cookies via your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the dashboard from working — you will be signed out and unable to sign back in.
